At Balance, yoga is not just a sequence of postures. It is also a practice of sensitivity, expression, and presence. Both art and yoga invite us to inhabit the body with more awareness, to breathe before reacting, to sustain emotions without needing to run away, and to be whole in the present moment.
Explore the body beyond rigid structures. We focus on natural transitions, fluid joints, and the freedom to let your body express its unique stories on the mat.
Presence is not a performance — it is availability. Learn to inhabit your body with deep awareness, breathing before reacting and staying fully in the now.
We believe that practicing yoga is also an artistic gesture. It is a way of storytelling through movement, creating a meaningful connection between theater, stage presence, and somatic awareness.
On stage, we seek the truth of a character. On the mat, we seek the truth of who we are. Our practice is a safe haven to explore and accept all our facets, from shadow to light.

Movement, Breath & Expression
A fluid practice where movement and breath meet in a dynamic, conscious sequence. Vinyasa invites you to explore the body in constant transformation, developing strength, coordination, and presence through movement. Inspired by the performing arts, this practice is also an investigation into rhythm, transition, and bodily expression.
Core Benefits
Alignment, Awareness & Balance
A more contemplative practice, where each posture is explored with attention, breath, and intention. Hatha creates space to observe the body, deepen your listening, and find physical and mental stability. A practice to cultivate presence and build a more conscious relationship with yourself.
Core Benefits
Stillness, Listening & Release
A slow, deep practice that invites you to pause. Through postures held for longer, we work on surrender, breath, and the ability to remain present in the body. A space for regeneration, where silence also becomes a form of movement.
Core Benefits
Breath, Presence & Inner Space
A practice dedicated to breath awareness and the development of presence. Through breathing techniques and moments of silence, we create space to observe, balance, and connect body and mind.
Core Benefits
Yoga, Free Movement & Artistic Expression
A practice where yoga, theater, and somatic movement meet. A laboratory of bodily exploration to awaken creativity, presence, and authenticity. Through improvisation, breath, and free movement, we investigate the body as an instrument of expression and creation. For artists and non-artists alike. Because we all have a body that communicates.

Actress, Yoga Instructor & Movement Directress
My passion for movement and the power of stories started early. Art entered my life during childhood, but it was in 2013, after a delicate moment, that Yoga arrived. I tried it and fell in love.
I followed this with four years of practices, workshops, and trainings in Reiki I, Sound Healing, Chakras, and other techniques that expanded my vision of body, energy, and presence. In 2018, I completed my first Yoga teacher training, initially intending only to deepen my knowledge and integrate it into my stage and theatrical work. But the plunge was so intense that I soon began teaching first to friends, then in larger open classes in Rio de Janeiro. Brands like Animale, Gshow (TV Globo), PeePou, Lenny Niemeyer, Abrand, Laces Spa, and Banco BNI Europa have since invited me for creative collaborations.
During the pandemic, a serious knee injury from surfing led me to study the profound potential of Yoga in physical and emotional recovery, alongside exploring sports that awakened mental and physical grit. It was a powerful invitation to study the body deeply and understand its complex relationship with emotions.
Today, reflecting on my entire journey, I share a piece of everything that yoga, arts, and sports do for me. I feel like a more complete human being — which doesn't mean it is only comfortable. I have explored very dark spaces and extremely luminous ones within myself; it has expanded me, teaching me how beautiful human contradiction is. Humanity thrives when vulnerability is not hidden. If you eliminate fragility, you stop being human. Thus, this space was born, where I share and keep discovering along the way.
